Community Programs

Age Friendly Fairfax Task Force
The Town of Fairfax has been a part of the Global Network of Age Friendly Cities by the World Health Organization since early 2015.  We formed our Age Friendly Task Force of community members to plan activities, improvements, and programs of special interest to seniors in an effort to promote healthy and active aging. The Task Force meets every month on the third Thursday in the Community Center at 16 Park Road. Meetings are open to the public, so please feel free to join us. For more info, contact Anne Mannes, or visit  https://extranet.who.int/agefriendlyworld/network/fairfax/.
